What we collect

When you place an order

• Your name and email address
• Your shipping and billing address
• Your phone number, if you give one — used only for delivery updates
• What you bought and what you paid

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by WooPayments, and your card information goes straight to the payment processor. We receive only confirmation that the payment succeeded.

When you browse

Our shop runs on WordPress and WooCommerce, which set a small number of cookies needed to keep your basket working and to keep you signed in if you have an account. These are necessary for the site to function and cannot be switched off.

We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.

When you contact us

If you use our contact form we keep your message and your details so we can reply. If you message us on Instagram, that conversation lives on Instagram and is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, which is what tax record-keeping requires. Contact form messages are kept for two years and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some records we may have to keep for legal reasons — tax records in particular. To make a request, contact us using the details above.
